We want you to love your Studio Ghibli apparel as much as a forest spirit loves the rain; if your order isn't quite right, you can return items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the items in their original box and include the printed return authorization form inside the package.

Ship It Back

Attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized postal service location.
